For sale is a Pre - Owned just recently professionally disassembled Fabral Metal Wall and Roof Systems 24’ X 35’ X 9.5’ X 50C metal building used for an automotive storage garage. The Garage / Building has a wind and water tight roll up over head garage door. Comes complete with all needed to reassemble including a brand new hardware kit provided by the manufacture for reassembly (larger gauge diameter- the building can be reassembled up to 10 times).
This building is in really great condition and was only assembled and disassembled professionally 1 time, absolutely no rush or wear from any elements. The trusts and steel are galvanized, and the sheeting and decking are aluminized so it will not rust. The building has a 30 PSI roof snow load rating and can withstand 90 -100 MPH winds per the manufacturer.
