For sale is a professionally built Big Cubic Inch Boosted BBC over 600 plus CI. Built as a drag week motor to withstand twin 94 mm Turbo's. No prep, grudge, drag week build.
New build by Joe Newsham at J&E performance race engine in NJ. He is available at any time to talk with a potential customer on this motor. The Block lightening work was done by LSM and all the machine work was completed by Weston Machine in NJ. No expense spared with parts as follows:
New Dart 10.6 Race Block
LSM Block Lightening CNC Program - 60+ lbs plus less weight in the cast block due to CNC Machining throughout the areas of the block that were not necessary for the integrity of the block. Block has also been pressure tested after work was completed.
This block is O- Ringed for BOOST/NOS. Over $10k invested into the block alone with all machining and assembly, parts including:
Weston Machine Billet Aluminum Mains Caps
Jesel Keyway Bronze Lifter Bushings for .937 Lifter
Large Crank Clearance Machining complete ( Up to 5")
Torrington Bearing Machined Block For Further Support
Double Key Bryant 4.75 Stroke Billet Crankshaft
MGP 5500 Series ProMod Aluminum Rods
ARP 2000 Rod Bolts.
Big Chief Head Studs
Custom Grind Bullet Turbo/Boost Cam- Upgrade 60 MM Babbitt
Diamond Turbo Pistons with coated Skirts for Big Chief Heads
Jesel raised cam belt drive complete
Moroso Aluminum Deep Sheet Metal Pan
Titan Motorsports Billet Oil Pump
All Bungs included for Turbo Oiling
Can will Run Alky or Gas with a gasket change ( 10.5 to 1 compression or so)
Lifter Bushing Bore on intake lifter was welded, braised, finish honed and block was pressure tested. LSM pressure tested it. Commen on lightened blocks due to thinner material in the lifter valley from lightening CNC program.
Build was planned to run drag week with twin 88-94 mm turbos. Intention was to overbuild and under boost for long lasting drive train and street-able miles if need be. Water block for street use when needed--
2500HP Base Build. Prior Combo has been 4 teens in door car as 2800lbs ..
This Build new would be $18 k plus. You won't find another listed as such at this price .
